Jonathan Hugh Jacobson, 48, of Fort Worth passed away May 5th, 2018.

 

Jonathan was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 4th, 1969. He had resided in Texas since 1973 and graduated from Polytechnic High School in 1987. Jonathan was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. He had a huge heart and an enormous love for his nieces and nephews. Jonathan was a proud graduate of Texas A&M University (Class of 1995) and loved taking long hikes and being outdoors.

 

Jonathan was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Holdam Jacobson and his aunt, Edith Piccus.

 

Jonathan is survived by: Father, Donald Jacobson (Kathy), Brother Benjamin Jacobson (Julie), Sister Simona Jacobson, Nieces: Alexia Jacobson and Amanda Jacobson, Nephews: Joey Jacobson, Andrew Jacobson, Christopher Jacobson, Brendan Jacobson and Matt Shoenfeld, Uncle Harvey Jacobson, Aunt Wendy Wilson and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
