Everyone at North Dallas Funeral Home was very professional, kind, and caring, in all steps of the process from the first phone call to the service held at their location. My dad past away in September. I talked with Jason Rand. He explained the process of everything and kept in contact with me about any changes, or updates. The day of the viewing Jason and the staff were so helpful and thoughtful. I felt like I didn’t have to stress. All my concerns and questions were taken care of.

During the most difficult time when life turned upside down and lost my husband unexpectedly I was faced with not only sadness but the fear of having to make arrangements that I was not prepared to make. I called Kyle at North Dallas Funeral Home who kindly and gently took the pressure off of me. Guided me through this process and made things so easy and allowed me to quickly get back to my family and let the the funeral home handle the hard part.
