I’m sorry for your loss and I wanted to send my heartfelt condolences. I look forward to the promise of a future, earthly resurrection. (John 5:28,29; Isaiah 26:19) We have the opportunity to see our loved ones again under the peaceful conditions described at Psalms 37:10,11 where there will be no more suffering or death. (Revelation 21:3,4) I hope these scriptures bring you some comfort during this difficult time.

Frank Each of us probably relates with a friend differently. I knew him as a co-worker but most importantly as Franky-5. Why? Hu, I don’t remember, I’m pass 60. Franky-5 mentored me in the skill of Traditional Bowhunting, the art of building arrows and The Sacketts. I still have some wooden arrows and a bowstring he built for knobber my longbow. Frank like to give unusual names to things, persons or places. He had a dog called Snooty Boy, a truck name Big-Nasty and a recurve bow tattooed Look-Low. At bow hunting camp, he had his own dedicate tree stand, The Smokers Lounge. Like all true friends, Frank could get on your nerves. Like the time hunting in Colorado he attempted a return trek down the mountain to deer camp, this was after dark, without an operating flashlight. We found him at 3 am, walking down the road, dog-tired with cuts and scratches from slid of a cliff. Why, that was nothing for Franky-5. Once he fell off a cliff, crack some ribs hobbled back to camp. He wouldn’t go to the doctor, so we wrapped him up, but not too tight, that way he could gasp some harmonica tune for us. Then on one trip we got eat-up with ticks Hum, ya, well he went to the doctor then. That’s another story, along with Roger! get the Lantern! OK, I can’t see. Franks legacy has gone to the next generation. I’ve handed down Louis L’Amour to my daughter, Stick and the String to my grandson, along with good stories about a long-legged buddy that once walked this trail with me. To the family my deepest sympathy’s
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
