Albert E. Lawrence, 85, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017 in Granbury, Texas.

Graveside service: 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 31, 2017, Granbury Cemetery. Visitation: 6 – 8 PM Monday at Wiley Funeral Home.

Albert was born on August 17, 1931 in Precinct 1 of Milam County (Buckholts) Texas. He married Mary Frances Philley on his birthday, August 17, 1979, in Granbury.  He worked for the city of Granbury from 1975 to 1996 and retired as the superintendent of the Granbury Electric Crew.  He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Frances in July of 2015.
