Nita was one of the most thoughtful people I have ever known. She showed me how to be strong and still extend kindness. My prayers are for peace to all of her family.

So glad I got to visit with Nita before her graduation. I'll never forget getting to pick up "free" pecans from her yard only to leave with a chair repair and cedar chest project. Oh well, I got a fabulous quilt from her in exchange that I'll cherish forever. See you soon, Nita. Tell Irvin hi for me.

To Nita's Family, I was pianist at Acton UMC for 14 years from 2002 to 2016. I was also a member of Nita and Ervin's Sunday School class for a few years. I always looked forward to seeing them each week. They greeted me with a smile and holding my hands while blessing the hands for the music they created. May sharing memories of both of them keep them alive in your hearts always. May God be with you all during this time of grieving. Spiritual hugs... Echo Wilson

Our hearts ache for the memories we have of Nita, I've only known her for about 3 years but she was a beautiful friend and loved God. I will miss her tremendously, but she is in God's hands now and is loving it
