Almaz Ruby Webb, 76, of Loraine passed away Wednesday, February 08, 2017 in Granbury, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday February 9, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Loraine with Herb Roever officiating. Burial will follow at the Loraine Cemetery. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Loraine.
Almaz was born in Sweetwater to Eddie and Ruby Nayfa on August 9, 1940. She graduated from McMurry University and worked as a school teacher for 30 plus years. She married Linton Ray Webb on March 5, 1967. She loved her church and sang in the church choir for many years. Almaz is preceded in death by Linton Ray Webb, her husband of 42 years.
Survivors: Daughter Sherri Barton and husband John of Midland, daughter Shelli Berry and husband David of Tolar, Daughter Sheryl Dowell and husband Randy of Huckaby, grandchildren: Alyssa Barton, Allie Seaman, Gage Dowell, Cameron Barton, Kollin Dowell, Kailin Dowell, Braegen Berry, Mason Berry, and Chase Barton.
Pallbearers will be Gage Dowell, Cameron Barton, Kollin Dowell, Braegen Berry, Mason Berry and Chase Barton.
