Anita Faye Swanson, 91, passed away Sunday June 8, 2014 at a local hospice center.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel with burial in Ash Creek Cemetery.

Anita was born December 25, 1922 in Tarrant County to W.T. and Lela Henderson. She was a 1940 graduate of Lake Worth High School and was a receptionist for the Social Security Administration before her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sons, Rick and Ron Swanson.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Rhonda Swanson, Ronald Swanson, Lisa Collins, Kathryn Crain, Melissa Horner, Jennifer Swanson, and Leana Swanson, and numerous great-grandchildren.
