Anita was born on October 22, 1934 in Rainbow, Texas to Sidney and Lella Mimms. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Glen Rose, Texas. She loved growing plants, reading, and puzzles. She also enjoyed spending time with friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands: William L. Woods and Clarence J. Goff, JR.
Anita is survived by her children: Karen Cummins, Rusty Woods, Eden Wooten, seven grandchildren: Mike Lee, Matt Lee, Dustin Woods, Eric Woods, Madison Wooten, Hunter Wooten, and Mackenzie Wooten, four great grandchildren: Cameron Lee, Josie Lee, Isaac Burdine, and William Titus Woods, sister: Neva Martin, nieces: Theresa Willson, Marcia Rudd, and Tamara Griffith, and numerous extended family.
