GRANBURY — Arthur M. Swaim, 90, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016, in Granbury.
Graveside service: 2:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, 2016, at Holly Hills Memorial Park.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wiley Funeral Home.
Arthur was born Nov. 20, 1925, in Tolar, Texas, to Benjamin McKinley Swaim and Clara Sadler Swaim. He married Delia B. Walker Wagner, Jan. 2, 1989, in Granbury. He was a contractor and builder. Arthur enjoyed working in his yard. He was very competitive and enjoyed dominos, card games and board games. He also enjoyed all the old western movies.
Preceding him in death were his parents, sister, Ovella Johnston, and brother, Cleo Swaim.
Survivors: Wife of 27 years, Delia B. Swaim; children and spouses, Vickie and Mark Barnett, Valrie and David Hargreaves, Larry “Junior” and Kathy Wagner; grandchildren, Morgan Wagner and fiance’, Shelby Sessions, Shawnie Wagner, Rebekah Wagner; brothers and sisters, Bethel Hamilton, Ralph Swaim and wife, Jewell, Kenneth D. Swaim and wife, Jean.
