Mrs. Phillips was born on March 5, 1925 in Tupelo, Mississippi to Archie and Arvie Walton.
Earlene was preceded in death by her husband, Lester W. Phillips and a son, Phil E. Phillips. She retired from Harris Hospital where she worked as an insurance clerk.
Survivors: daughter, Patty Burdett and husband Wayne, Grandson, Brent Dorris of Granbury; granddaughters, Kara Dorris of Denton, Lisa Auger of Wylie, TX and Shay Phillips; grandsons, Wesley Phillips of Dallas, Ryan Phillips and wife Kristie of Keller and Terrence Pattie; great-grand daughter, Melanie Auger of Wylie, TX
