Baby Boy Zackary Nicholas Mains

Zackary Nicholas Mains died at only 12 days old, at Cooks Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth, Tx, on August 7, 2015. After battling a rare heart condition hypo plastic left heart syndrome, he was baptized and went in peace to the arms of Jesus. He was on this earth such a short amount of time, but touched the lives of so many. He was a fighter from the day he graced this world till the day he left us for a better place to suffer no more.

Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lakeside Baptist Church in Granbury, Texas.
Interment: Acton Cemetery.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wiley Funeral Home.

Zackary is survived by his mother and father Jessica and Nicholas Mains of Granbury, Texas. His Sisters, Mikayla and Maci Mains. Grandparents, John and Judy Fowler, Bill and Mary Lynn Mains.
Great grandparents, Wesley and Kathryn Shubert. Margret Schuurmans.
Uncles, JD Fowler, Jakob Fowler, Joseph Fowler. Aunt, Heather Orf. And preceded in death by Morris Schuurmans.

Viewing will be at Wiley funeral home at 400 E. Highway 377 Granbury, Texas 76048 from 6-8 p.m. On Monday August 10th. Funeral services will be at Lakeside Baptist Church 500 W. Bluebonnet Dr. Granbury, Texas. 76048 services will start at 2 p.m. On Tuesday, August 11th
