Barbara A. Hill, 90, a lady cherished by family and friends passed peacefully Wednesday, November 2, 2016.
Memorial service: 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 12, 2016, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends for Animals in Acton or to a charity of your choice.
Barbara loved life, family and never met a stranger. She enjoyed traveling, and sharing her love of her large family. She loved to shop, especially at resale and garage sales, in order to give to her numerous grandchildren. She had a green thumb and could not kill a plant. She loved her pets, especially her beloved dog, Daisy. She also enjoyed feeding the ducks and the geese. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard, a longtime resident of Granbury.
Barbara is survived by children, John and Debbie Hart, Suzanne and Charles Perry, Janis Martin, Holly and Bryan Wilson, Leigh and Jody Page, Leslie and James Honeycutt, 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and her beloved Bassett, Daisy.
