Barbara Ann Bingaman Roden, 78, went to be with her Lord Tuesday, March 22, 2016, after losing her battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Azleland Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home.

Barbara was born in Ellsworth, Arkansas, on August 31, 1937, to Willie and Ila Bingaman. She married Billy Ray Roden on March 13, 1954, in Fort Worth.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Roden, and her parents, W.C. and Ila Bingaman.

Barbara is survived by her children, Claudia Ownby (Ed), Cindy Roden (Bonnie) and Thomas Roden (Monique); six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Lila Sandefur and Willie Bingaman Jr. (Margaret); aunts, Ola Joy Hixson and Anna Lois Davis; sister-in-law, Bobbie Roden; many beloved nieces and nephews.
