Barbara E. Baker, 64, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2016. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 24, at the family home. Barbara is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Baker; mother, Roswitha Horn; sister, Jutta Horn; brother, Martin Horn.
