GRANBURY — Billie Richard Proctor, 86, died on December 21, 2014.
Funeral: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014, at Wiley Funeral Home and officiated by Rev. Brandon Graham. Burial: Holly Hills Memorial Park in Granbury.
Memorials: Family requests memorials to People Helping People in lieu of flowers.
Billie was born September 21, 1928 in Brownwood, TX. He was a loving husband, dedicated father and valued friend. Billie was a veteran of the US Air Force, retired from General Dynamics and was a member of First Baptist Church, Thorp Spring. He was a long time resident of Burleson, TX and spent his last 25 years in Granbury. Billie was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Sandra Hamilton Proctor and his great grandson Dakota Proctor.
Survivors: Children, Mike Proctor and wife Cathie, Pat Bowen and husband Donald, Pam Smith and husband Donald, Mitch Proctor and wife, Sue; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and Ermine Laurence, his companion for the past 13 years.
