Billy Jean Qualls, 78, of Keller, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.  Graveside service: 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 7, 2020, Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. 

Billy was born on January 30, 1941 in Ada, Oklahoma to William and Clara Qualls.  He proudly served in the United States Army and he loved spending time in Germany.  He was a hard working mail carrier for the United States Postal Service.

Billy enjoyed Civil War reenactments with Black Powder and muzzle loading shooting events.  He worked on the first computers and he loved HAM radio.

Billy is survived by his son: Mark Qualls and wife Carrie, daughter: Marla Jackson and husband Jeffrey, grandchildren: Davis Foote, Sarah Staggs, Clara Qualls, Adele Qualls, Brendan Qualls, and Nora Qualls,  five great-grandchildren, and brothers: George Qualls and his wife Ethol, and Gary Qualls and his wife Debby.
