Billy L. Linkletter, 83, passed away Monday, December 30, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at 2 p.m. in Archer City Cemetery in Archer City. Billy was born October 12, 1930, in Archer County.
