Bobbie Permenter VanLiew, 90, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in Granbury, Texas.

Graveside service: 4 p.m., Monday, May 16, 2016, Moody Cemetery, Moody, Texas.
Visitation: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, May 15, 2016, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury.
Bobbie was born to John and Ella Allison on August 18, 1925 in Waco, Texas. Bobbie was a member of Granbury Church of Christ. She was a former member of Crestview Church of Christ in Waco and Hewitt Church of Christ. Bobbie enjoyed reading her Bible, exercising, singing, sewing, playing 42, spending time with family and was always the welcoming committee for newcomers in her neighborhood.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents: John and Ella Allison, father and mother-in-law: Rodger and Lily Permenter, husband: R.D.Permenter, JR, sisters: Loraine Spross, Estelle Rosser, Ruby Mahan, brothers: Lloyd Allison, Doyle Allison, brothers in law: Wallace Spross, Thelbert Rosser, Chester Mahan, Ray Cunningham. Sister in law: Bertha Allison.
Bobbie is survived by daughters: Carolyn Permenter, Rhonda Marzloff and husband Al, sons: Dale Permenter and wife, Bonnie, Larry Permenter, Mike Permenter and wife Josie, grandchildren: Bradley Kirkland and wife Lauren, Derek Kirkland, Melissa Permenter, Julie Engebretson and husband Alex, Geoffrey Boyd and wife Kate, Jason Boyd and wife Megan, Linda Permenter and Nathan Boyd, sister: Peggy Cunningham, brother: Dean Allison and wife Bunny , 15 great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
