Bodie had tickets to the Red Bull Air races at Texas Motor Speedway one year while he was working at the dealership. He said, "I wonder who likes flying?" He thought of me!!! Just a family friend! I had such a GREAT time with him at the races. He was a special person who thought of others and I always loved his smile!!!! I really cherished my time with him!! I'll miss Bodie for sure....

We don’t have one memory of Bodie that he is not smiling or laughing. He had a fabulous gift of making anyone laugh . The main thing we shall remember will be how much he loved his precious wife and amazing kids. To know Bodie is to love Bodie! You are all in our prayers and are broken hearted to hear of your loss.

Grew up living across the street from Bodie in Lubbock. Have a lot of memories from our block. Almost all boys and someone was always in trouble. Playing football at maxey park or having kite fights. All of us going trick or treating together probably when we where to old to be doing that. Can remember Bodie and Devon losing their lawn mower in the back yard because the grass grew over it. Yes we did ride our bikes all over Lubbock. Everyone would meet at Bodie and Devon's house. He will be missed.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Bodie hired me at Mccu and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be where I am today in my career, he was so sweet and kind and always asked me “how are the girls” he always was there for me and my family also when I needed someone to talk to he was right there , I looked up to Bodie like a dad and valued every type of advice he gave me, I will always remember you Bodie and prayers to your family you will be missed❤️

Bodie was hands down one of the best managers I have ever had. He was a great mentor and always stood in his employees corner. I’m so thankful to him for believing in me and giving me a chance. I will never forget him. May he always Rest In Peace.

Bodie Lemons was a force of nature. His was a no holds barred kind of guy. I remember we both had a surgery the same week; and we laughed and said "Well crap, guess we in this together!" He truly cared about PEOPLE. And FAMILY came first. Always took care of our team, and although we may have not agreed, he ALWAYS listened to us. He believed in us! Until we meet again my friend. Thank you for blessing us with your time and heart.

Bodie was so feisty , stubborn, and sincere. I worked with Bodie at the Credit Union. We had our good days and bad . I guess you would say like a family. We would laugh, talk smack to each other, and talk smack about others. He was a good man and a brutality honestly Boss . Going out to eat was our thing . He never would fail to ask about my dad ( who was very sick ) and or my kids . The last time we talked was about a year ago and of course all we did was laugh and catch up . Bodie, I'm sure will be greatly missed . But those memories will keep him around. My sincere condolences to his family.
