Bradley Gill

June 5, 1949 - May 7, 2021

On Thursday May 7, 2021 Bradley Baxter Gill of Granbury, Tx was welcomed into the arms of the Lord at the age of 71. Brad was born on June 5, 1949 in Sweetwater, Tx to AB and Nadine Gill. He grew up in Euless, TX and graduated from LD Bell High School where he was a standout football player. Brad had a lifelong passion for restoring classic cars and hot rods which introduced him to many great friends and families he kept close to his heart. Brad was an avid music and film lover and collector of Elvis memorabilia. Later in life Brad developed a love for horses and loved spending time with them in their natural surroundings. Brad also rededicated his life to Christ several years ago and enjoyed attending church and Bible Study. Romans 12:1-2

Brad was preceded in death by his parents AB and Nadine Gill and his sister and brother-in-law Donna and Ray Brown. He is survived by his four children Trace, Brian, David and Lisa. His grandchildren Brittany, Skyler, Ani, Tylar, Jackson, Tristan, and Willa. His Great Grandchild Henry and nephews Tim and Kevin.

A Memorial Service for Brad will be held at a later date when all of his Children can be present in Texas. Details will be posted as soon as they are available.

Hi, we were having Christmas in 1974, while in sweetwater. We went for a horse ride with my grandfather, father, brad and myself. It was a cold day west texas day. We rode horses for a while and then later had our Christmas with the rest of the family.

Brad was our neighbor for 30+ Years. He and my husband spent many hours sitting on our porch talking about cars especially the old cars, the good old days and trying to solve problems of today. . If we needed help, he was there. He was a truly sweet good guy and he is missed every day. I constantly look over at his house expecting him to be driving by or coming to visit. Miss and live you so much, Brad! I know you are happy and well and at peace.
