GRANBURY — Brenda Gail Rister, 58, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 in Fort Worth.
Service: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Interment: Holly Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials: Diabetes Association.
Brenda was born June 21, 1953 in Merkel to Marvin P. and Dorothy Sunshine Hatley Rister. She was a retired accounting technician for G.S.A. and a member of Southside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dewayne Rister.
Survivors: Daughter, Tammy Steward of Mesquite; grandchildren, Christopher and Brittany; sister, Paulette Robinson of Burleson; brothers, Jerry Rister of Burleson and Lonnie Rister of Cresson; several nieces and nephews.
