Carl Gene Lemond, 80, passed away on Monday; March 7, 2022 in Granbury. He was born July 20, 1941 in Alba, Texas to Frederick and Ada Sellers Lemond.

 

Carl was just preceded in death by his wife of (55) years, Doris Crutchfield Lemond on Saturday; February 26, 2022.

 

He is survived by his children, Charles Hatley and wife Deborah, Roger Hatley and wife Trish, Leslie Yingling and husband Steve, Jeannie Knoten, and Donna Manriquez and husband Luis; grandchildren, Christina, Sarah, Jennifer, Nicholas, Nathan, Neil, Amanda, Erik, Stephen, Cody, Zachary, Joanie, Jessica and Jana; great-grandchildren, Max, Flash, Nora, Grayson, Ivrea, Zoe, Nicky, Sean, Ryan, Logan, Serenity, Christian, Devin, Evan, Sophia, River, Ariana, Andrew and Spencer; his brother, Doyle Lemond.

 

Visitation will be from 5-7pm. Wednesday; March 9, 2022 at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.

 

Funeral Services will be held 10 am. Thursday; March 10, 2022 at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel in Granbury with graveside services following at 3 pm. Thursday at Hawley Cemetery in Hawley, Texas (Jones County, North of Abilene) with Pastor Kevin Brown officiating and under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury, TX.
