Graveside services to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00am. Thursday; December 23, 2021 at Tin Top Cemetery in Weatherford with visitation under the tabernacle at the cemetery prior to service at 10am.

Carolyn Batey Riddle, 89, passed away on Sunday; December 19, 2021 in Weatherford. She was born November 23, 1932 in Haskell, Texas to Andy and Mary Louise Scruggs Batey. Carolyn, or Coco as she was affectionately known by her grandchildren was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother and was a member of South Main Church of Christ in Weatherford. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.R. “Dub” Riddle, Jr. her parents, an infant son, William Robert Riddle, III, brother, Roy Batey, sister, Dena Batey Edwards and her special sisters, Glenys Marie Magee and Carol McDaniel.

 

She is survived by her daughter, Andra Riddle Cantrell and husband John; son, Tim Riddle; son, Cody Riddle and wife Kelly; grandchildren, Kamryn Andra Riddle Browning and husband Robbie, Ali Jahn Cantrell, Mary Kate Riddle, Conner Cody Riddle and Jace Dickinson Riddle.

 

Graveside services to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00am. Thursday; December 23, 2021 at Tin Top Cemetery in Weatherford with visitation under the tabernacle at the cemetery prior to service at 10am. Thursday under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.
