Carolyn Joan Taylor, age 79, of Granbury, Texas slipped away peacefully and went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 6, 2021.  Memorial service: 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 13, 2021, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury.

 

 

She was born on July 1, 1941, in Fort Worth, Texas and was a resident of Lakestone Terrace.  She was a retired postal employee and she volunteered for many entities in Hood County.  She was giving, organized, and she loved her family.  She was a GVC shopper who enjoyed genealogy and electronic games.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Joann Manning, her late husband Bennie F. Taylor, sister: Barbara Osburn, and children: Karen Snider and Terry Snider.

 

 

She is survived by her son: Gary Lee Snider and his fiancé Katrina Hollingsworth and children.  She was Grammie to granddaughter Krista and her husband Jerred, great-grandchildren: Jaxen and Grace Dearen, grandson: Branden Snider, son: Dickie Wayne Snider, nieces: Debbie and Stacey, nephew: David, great-nieces: Lucinda and Jordan and great-nephews:  Justin, Glenn Dale and Cody.
