Ashley Paul Reece, Jr. left a message on December 28, 2016:
What a great Christian man. He was the epitome of what it means to be a Christian. Love of Christ and the desire to live like our Saviour was shown in the way he and Ruth served and lived. I will never forget the comfort and compassion he gave my father while visiting him in the hospital. Dad was much more at ease after Charles' visit. One Minister ministering to another. Though our families have been far apart (Granbury, TX - Loisville, KY) I have always felt close whenever we talked. I will miss the conversations we had and love of family we shared. I am blessed to have had a cousin as good, kind, humorous, and loving as Charles.
