NEMO — Christian Ibarra, 17, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014, in Houston.
Funeral: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014, at the Glen Rose High School Auditorium. Burial: Squaw Creek Cemetery in Rainbow. Rosary: 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Wiley Funeral Home with visitation to follow.
Memorials: His Grace Foundation, P.O. Box 722, Tomball, Texas 77377-0722.

Christian was born Apr. 28, 1997, in Victoria, Texas, to Ignacio Pinedo Ibarra and Tracy Lynne Licerio Ibarra. He was a student at Glen Rose High School and a member of the jazz band. He was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Preceding him in death were his grandmother, Maria Ibarra in 2013, great grandfather, Jesus Rodriguez, Sr., and uncle, Martin Ibarra.
Survivors: Parents, Ignacio and Tracy Ibarra; brother, Zachary Hunter Ibarra, all of Nemo; grandparents, Mateo Ibarra, Sr. of Glen Rose, Cerilo Licerio, Sr., Enedina Licerio of Victoria, Texas; many aunts, uncles and cousins; many friends and his dog, Spike.
