Christopher Noel Walton was born February 6, 1980. He left to be with the Lord on May 8, 2017. Chris is survived by his wife, Stacey, his daughter, Myka and his son, Cade,
Father Noel Walton of Lubbock, TX, Mother Dolores Walton of McKinney, TX, Sister Carolyn Lavalais and husband Dedrick of McKinney, TX, Brother Alex Walton of Dallas, TX, Father- and Mother-in-Law Charlie & Renee Hargrove of Lubbock, TX, Father-in-Law Bob White and wife Maggie of Dodge City, KS, Brother-in-Law Robert White, Brother-in-Law CJ Hargrove and fiancée Lindsey Applequist of Lubbock, TX and Grandfather Charles Hargrove.
Extended family includes nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends who were family to Chris.
Chris loved his wife and children fiercely. He was an amazing, Godly husband and an excellent father. Chris worked at Trinity Church as its Director of Facilities. He was a member of Trinity for 19 years. He had a passion for serving and mentoring others. One of his greatest joys was being “Uncle Chris” to his nieces and nephews, earning him the nickname “baby whisperer.” He was strong, kind and an avid gun lover. Chris left a wonderful legacy in the way he impacted so many lives. He will be dearly missed on Earth, but we will see him again in Heaven.
A celebration of Chris’s life will be Friday, May 12, 2017 at 11:00 am in Trinity Central at Trinity Church, 7002 Canton Ave Lubbock, TX.
