The first time I met him, we were going to a happy hour, and Steph was going to be late, so I told her we'd find him and keep him company. From the first word he spoke, we knew he was a great guy. He loved his wonderful wife and kids more than life, and will truly be missed.

Chuck had a huge influence on our FAA family. He never hesitated to bring us back to looking at the issue in its most basic form which made the solution obvious to all. He never hesitated to let us know he cared about us individually. We will miss him a great deal, but his presence will be felt as long as any of us that knew him are still here.
