GRANBURY — Cindy Kay Schaefer, 57, passed away Tuesday, Mar. 15, 2016, in Granbury.
Memorial service: 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Mar. 20, 2016, at Waples United Methodist Church.
Cindy was born Oct. 7, 1958, in Pecos, Texas, to Victor “Neil” and Donna Bowlin Olliff. She was a member of Waples United Methodist Church. Cindy graduated with honors from nursing school and worked as a surgical nurse. She enjoyed knitting, traveling and scuba diving. She was a Native American Culture buff. She was preceded in death by her father, Neil Olliff, and sister, Lee Ann Bowden.
Survivors: Mother, Donna Sampson; daughter, Betsey Thompson; grandsons, Chase Jones, Henry Thompson; brothers, Russell Olliff and wife, Rachel, James Dyer and wife, Rene; and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
