GRANBURY — Clyde Otis Davis, 75, passed away Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014 in Granbury. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Inurnment in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.

Clyde was born July 28, 1939 in Decatur to Henry and Ena Alma Parks Davis. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired from his own plumbing shop as a master plumber. He married Jennifer Dian Pitcock on July 15, 1983 in Weatherford. Clyde enjoyed fishing, hunting and tinkering. He liked to cook and tell stories. He was a member of the Church of Christ and had lived in Granbury since 1989. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors: Wife, Jennifer Davis of Granbury; sons, Shawn Davis of Granbury, Wesley and wife, Courtney Davis of Granbury, Brett and wife, Keri Davis of Denton and Clyde Alen Davis of Mansfield; daughter, Buffy Arlene Davis of Fort Worth; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Darlene Clemens of Fort Worth; brother, Leon Davis of Alvarado; numerous nieces and nephews.
