David, fondly dubbed “Papa Dukes” by his daughter, was a wonderful soul that never met a stranger, loved and lived life to the fullest and spent his entire life serving others through his work and his church.
He was born in Miami, Florida in 1944 and began his career at the Miami Post, eventually starting his own advertising and printing business. In his late 30’s he had a career change and went into the financial field, serving hundreds of clients with their estate and financial planning needs.
David retired in 2007 and relocated from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Lakeside, where he enjoyed a slower paced life with his wife and several 4-legged children.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joanne; his children, Darren and Courtney Clark; their spouses, Danielle Clark and Craig Breton; and his beautiful granddaughter Morgan Clark.
