GLEN ROSE David James McCaffrey was a devoted father, grandfather and caring gentleman. Even though he “headed for the light” on Thursday April 30, at a young age however he certainly lived a full life.

Born on November 17, 1952 in Leominster, Massachusetts where he married Linda-Jo Held and arrived to Texas where they had two wonderful children, Ryan Robert (36) and Meaghan Kay (28). But only after he drove in a T-Bucket from the East Coast to the West and back.

David worked at Rocktenn in Grand Prairie until his passing at the young age of 63. He had a passion for his family time that included swimming, skiing and taking joy rides on his Harley.
Survivors include: Kay Beaulieu (mother). John McCaffrey, Steven McCaffrey, (brothers) Lisa Atkinisson and Katie Hebert (sisters).
Ryan (son) and Ava Kay (granddaughter); Meaghan (daughter), Tad (son-in-law) and Alice Jean (granddaughter.
