David Lynn Reed, 63, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, June 26, 2015, in Granbury.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, July 12, 2015, at the La Quinta Inn in Granbury from noon to 4:00 p.m. All those whose lives he touched are invited to attend.
David was the youngest of three sons born to James R. and Dorothy D. Reed on Oct. 15, 1951, in Fort Worth. He worked in the auto industry for over forty years. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors: Those left behind to cherish his memory are sons, Thomas Reed, wife and three children of Alvin, Texas, Josh Reed of Ellisville, Mo.; daughter, Sharah Zurweller and two granddaughters, Lola and Scarlet, also of Ellisville, Mo.; brothers, Robert D. Reed of Granbury, James W. Reed and wife, Nanny, of Granbury; fiancée, Veronica Cook; and many other cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
