STEPHENVILLE — David Wendell Olson, 76, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Graveside service: 2:30 p.m., Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Walnut Springs.
David was born on December 23, 1939 in Iredell, Texas to Melvin and Bessie Lowe Olson. As a small child he moved to Chalk Mountain and spent most of his life in the area. After graduating high school he proudly served his country as a sharp shooter in the U.S. Army. After his service in the Army, he became an over the road truck driver. He loved riding his motorcycle and buying and selling cars. He enjoyed when family and friends came to visit. David was preceded in death by his parents, sister Fay Nell Olson and brother Jimmy Olson.
He is survived by many family and friends.
