Dean McClain, 78, a loving wife and mother, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015.

We invite friends to visit and share memories with the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Biggers Funeral Home.

Dean was born December 19, 1936, in Los Angeles, California, to Lazaro and Anna Eslava. She was a retired registered nurse, but that was one of many career accomplishment in her life. She was a beautician, Realtor, and construction company owner in earlier years.

Dean had many hobbies; a couple of them were playing bingo with her husband Ken McClain and friends, and they also loved to travel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lazaro Eslava and Anna Kelley; and two daughters, Devi Jean Mitchell and Sherry Lacca.

Dean is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth McClain; daughters, Bonnie Moehr and husband, Jeff, Jerrie Grinstead and husband, Roger, and Kim Smith and husband, Jax; brother-in-law, Doug McClain and wife, Lola; grandchildren, Vicky, Shelly, Warren, Jerry, Janet, and Robert; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and her loving furrbaby, Abby.
