Debbie Penisten Riza, 63, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in Granbury, Texas.
Graveside service: 1:00 PM Friday, September 2, 2016, Cresson Cemetery, Cresson, Texas.
Visitation: 6:00 PM – 8:00 Pm, Thursday, September 1, 2016, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury, Texas.
Debbie was born on February 14, 1953 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to William and Nadine Penisten. She enjoyed traveling, casinos, and rodeos. She loved football especially the Saints. Debbie loved cooking and her dogs. She was always there for her family to help whenever she could. She was Nadine’s right hand. She was the baby of the family, who was loved by all. Debbie was proud of her heritage; she was an American Indian (Kaw Nation).
Debbie was preceded in death by sister: Cleta DuValle, sister-in-law: Jan Penisten, step father: Bud “Papa” Brothers, and niece: Jamie Penisten.
Debbie was survived by son: Lee Riza, mother: Nadine Brothers, brother: James Penisten, niece: Danye Clements and fur babies: Cotton, Sissy, Precious, Jake, and Laverne.
