Donald Bowen, 78, passed away Friday, March 25, 2016. Donald was born June 5, 1937, in Alabama and was a longtime area resident. He is survived by his wife, Rheadene Warner Bowen; daughters, Debra Ann McDuff and Deborah Meador; granddaughters, Meghan Meador and Chelsea Meador.
