Dorothy Louise McCoy was born in Hamilton, Texas but spent most of her adult life in different areas of Tarrant County before settling in River Oaks. After running a very successful property management business for many years, she and her husband retired in 2004. “Tootsie” enjoyed camping, fishing, garage sales, and dancing. She truly enjoyed spending time at her new home with her wonderful caregiver, Faye Carson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Sippie McCoy; her son, Charles Walton, her daughter, Stella Wallace; husbands, A.C. Baker and Crawford Young; 7 brothers; and 2 sisters.
Survivors: Son, Ronnie Baker and wife, DeeDee; grandchildren, Clinton Wallace and wife, Barbara, Matthew Wallace, Joseph Wallace and wife, Kandace, Chad Baker and wife, Rachel, Magan Carroll and husband, Ricky; great-grandchildren, Stella and Andrea Wallace, Tyler, Ashlyn and Kyle Wallace, Joseph Jr. and James Wallace, Cooper and Corbin Baker, Brynlynn and Cason Carroll; and two great-great-grandchildren.
