Douglas Wayne Berry passed away, November 29, 2016 at the age of 51.
He was survived by his parents, David and Sandra Berry, his sister, Karen Berry Hutchinson, his wife, Christina Berry;
five nephews, one niece and many other family members and friends.

Douglas was born January 29, 1965 in Fort Worth, Texas.

His life’s passion was always music. The following exerpt from his bio describes him perfectly.
“I began playing piano and writing songs at the age of 5. When I was 12, I got my first guitar.
Four years later at the age of 16, I joined my high school jazz band and was bitten by the
“jazz bug” and became a lifelong improvisation addict.”

Douglas will be fondly remembered by his family and friends as a brilliant man and an extremely talented musician and composer.
