I will always remember the gentleman he was. A great man of God, with a joyful, servant's heart. I love you my friend, and will miss you, until we meet again.

We knew Edgar from The Oaks. He shared a dining table with my late mother, Nova. Edgar brought a lovely spirit to the table, and I loved to hear him pray. What an example to others! I visited him in late September and could tell his story was coming to an end. Rest now, Edgar... Glad you have arrived safely Home!

What a truly wonderful man & an example of a wonderful Christian. Mr. Edgar faithfully attended Sunday School & Church at Fairview Baptist Church of Granbury. He would bless us & praise God in the morning service from time to time by playing his harmonica & singing some of his favorite hymns! I’m sure going to miss Mr. Edgar but I know he is fully healed & with his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ & the love of his life, Ms. Edith.
