GRANBURY — Edie York, 76, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015, at her Pecan Plantation residence.
Funeral: 2:00 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at Lakeside Baptist Church in Granbury.
Graveside service: 2:00 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, Okla.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wiley Funeral Home.
Edie was born Feb. 4, 1939, in Tolleson, Ariz., to Fred and Opal Green Redfearn. She married Howard Lee York, Mar. 4, 1955, in Tulsa, Okla. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. Edie enjoyed traveling, playing golf and fishing.
Preceding her in death were her parents and a grandson, Austin York.
Survivors: Husband, Howard York; children, Trisha Bastida and husband, Larry, Chuck York and wife, Penny; grandchildren, Hayley Wood, Tessa Bastida, Josie Bastida, Sarah York, Tyler York, Madison York; great grandchild, Isla Wood; brothers and sisters, John Redfearn, Ulas Redfearn, Blue Refearn, Wanda Coughron, Betty Earhart, Linda Franklin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
