GRANBURY — Elbert Alvin “Al” Reed, 82 passed away at his residence on May 23, 2015.
Memorial service: 11;00 A.M. Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel in Granbury.
Mr. Reed was born Feb. 17, 1933 in Bonita to William Robert and Rosa Lee Smith Reed. He married Patricia Dixon June 22, 1962. He had lived in Granbury since 1994. He was a CPA, and retired from Penrod Drilling Company and had worked for Hunt International. He graduated from Granbury High School and TCU with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He was preceded by his parents, a daughter, Kelly Lee Vletas and six siblings.
Survivors: Wife, Patricia Reed of Granbury, a sister, Ann Blanks of Fort Worth and several Nieces and Nephews.
