My fondest memories of Liz are of those where we were all together at our annual Christmas parties. There must’ve been at least 20 of us cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and other relatives. We each had our signature dish that we brought for the big feast but my favorite was the one Liz always brought and I looked forward to it each year......Cream cheese with some kind of wonderful raspberry chipotle sauce that was spread on crackers! Dear sweet cousin we will miss you so much but are so grateful for you to be in heaven with your precious mother and daddy where there is no more pain or suffering.
