Our Beloved Mother, Emily W. Avila, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014 in Granbury.
Interment: DFW National Cemetery, Dallas, TX.
She was born September 23, 1946 in Marlin, Texas to Ernest Payne Willis and Eulalia Arebalo. Emily was a nurse in the WAC and continued her nursing career in El Paso and Fort Worth. She also owned A & A Garage in Lipan, TX and was a member of the American Legion Post #23 in Granbury.
Survivors: daughter, Samantha Moore; son, Russell McClelland; grandchildren, Timothy, Robyn, Krysten, Elise, Iain and great grandchildren, Jordan and Lauren; sisters, Dora, Pauline and Dorothy.
