Estelle Hutchins passed away at the age of 88 on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at her home in Granbury, Texas.
Estelle was born on July 21, 1930 in Louisville, Kentucky. She married William Bailey Hutchins on November 30, 1946. She resided in Granbury, Texas for the past 44 years.
Estelle was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mamie James Hogan, her husband W. B. Hutchins, 3 of her 5 daughters, Peggy Russell, Yvonne Townsend and Wilma Deloney, her granddaughter, Regina McVay, her great granddaughter, Baylee Moore and her brother, Jewel Hogan.
She is survived by 2 of her 5 daughters, Wanda McVay and her husband Don McVay and Brenda Faye Stephens. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 3 great – great grandchildren and nephews E.J. Hogan and Pat Hogan.
Estelle was a homemaker her entire adult life. She enjoyed reading books and magazines of all types. She loved to watch older “classic” television shows and movies. She loved to reminisce with family about wonderful memories and fun times. Her life always revolved around her family. She endured many losses in her lifetime but always pushed forward with great strength and dignity. It was known by all of her loved ones that she truly had the most unconditional love for every single family member.
She will be laid to rest beside her Beloved husband at Squaw Creek Cemetery in Rainbow, Texas. Her graveside service will be attended by family and loved ones at a later date.
We have lost a truly beautiful woman with a loving heart and Estelle Hutchins will be greatly missed and always remembered and loved.
