GRANBURY — Eula Mae Bishop Broom, 96, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 in Cleburne, Texas.
Visitation: 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury, Texas.
Interment: Woodlawn Cemetery, Columbia, MS at a later date.
Eula was born on January 8, 1920 in Hebron, Mississippi to James and Annie Waltman. She was a lifelong resident of Columbia, MS, where she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She recently moved to Granbury, Texas to be with her family. Eula always loved to crochet and read. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Carver Bishop, her second husband, Vance Broom, and her daughter, Joann Bishop.
Survivors: Son, Glenn Bishop and wife, Shirley, of Granbury; granddaughter, Deborah Childs and husband, Richard, and their children, Cooper Childs and Kayleigh Childs; grandson, Brian Bishop and wife, Stephanie, and their children Rylie Bishop and Gage Bishop.
