Frank Mabery

Frank Mabery, 86 of Granbury, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018. Graveside service: 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 13, 2018, Nubbin Ridge Cemetery; Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday, October 12, 2018, Wiley Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.

Frank was born January 17, 1932 in Mambrino, Texas to Roscoe and Myrl Mabery. He married Charlene Ives on January 19, 1950 in Tolar. Frank was a family man. He was crazy about his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and always had treats for them.

Frank was a hardworking farmer, who taught his children how to farm. He was always outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Frank was a member of Mambrino Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and three brothers.

Frank is survived by his wife: Charlene Mabery; children: Bobby Mabery and wife Brenda, Barbara Jackson and husband Elvis; grandchildren: Sarah Adams and husband Heath, Molly Mabery, Donna Goodwin and husband Lee, Danny Jackson and wife Sandi, Corry Jackson and wife Torrie; great-grandchildren: Jackson, Ellen, Amber, Kevin and his wife Ashley, Morgan, Hannah, Caleb, Jacob, Jason; great-great-grandson: Shawn; siblings: Daphna Deaver, Leslie Mabery and wife Patsy; numerous nieces and nephews.
