LIPAN — Frank Terry, 72, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015 in Hood County. Service: 2 p.m. Sunday at the Lipan Church of Christ Pavilion. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Wiley Chapel in Lipan. Memorials: Buckner Children’s Home, 700 N. Pearl St., Suite 1200, Dallas, TX 75201. Â Â Â Â Â Â Frank was born Sept. 11, 1943 in Dallas to Harless and Mable Thorn Terry. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked in the oilfields. Frank married Susan Perkins on March 15, 1975 in Midland. He was a life member of the American Motorcycle Assoc., National Rifle Assoc. and the V.F.W. He was family oriented and loved to hunt and fish. Â Â Â Â Â Â Frank was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Gloria Dale Winn, Margaret Doran and Theresa Sanchez; and granddaughter, Courtney Smalley. Â Â Â Â Â Â Survivors: Wife, Susan Terry; sons, Gherrie Orr, Eric Smalley and Race Terry; grandchildren, Shasta Orr and Gherrie Orr; sisters, Shirley Packenius, Martha Ohler and Nancy Wessels; and brother, Franklin Terry.
