GRANBURY — Frank Vincent Di Bartolo, 71, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Memorial Service to be held by Peace Makers Ministries at a later date.
Frank was born on August 28, 1944 in Flushing, New York to the late Salvatore and Mary Di Bartolo. Frank proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was married to Carole Martin Billings for 38 years. They spent most of their lives in Pine Bluff, AR.
Frank was an ordained minister and a founding member of Peace Makers Prison Ministries for several years. This organization is a motor cycle group providing ministry to the area prisons. Frank enjoyed riding motor cycles with all of his friends.
Frank owned and operated Bluff City Plumbing for 12 years. He later worked for Little Rock Wastewater Utility where he retired in 2006. He and Carole moved to Granbury, Texas in 2007.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Salvator Di Bartolo, Jr. and granddaughter, Leslie Billings.
Survivors: Wife, Carole Martin Billings Di Bartolo; daughters, Rashell Evans and husband, John, of Pine Bluff, AR, Danielle Parker and husband, Jim, of Sheboygan Falls, WI; 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; brother, Anthony Di Bartolo and wife, Gail, of Staten Island, NY; daughter, Tracy Billings of Granbury, Texas; son, Brent Billings and wife, Lisa of Stephenville, TX; step grandchild, Ross Billings and wife, Shaelyn, of Stephenville, Texas; sister-in-law, Diane Wallace of Granbury, Texas.
