Frank W. Lowd, 67, of Granbury, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. Services were held at 2:30 PM, Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury. A private family inurnment will be held at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas at a later date.

Frank was born in Conway, New Hampshire. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He served as a helicopter mechanic for 20 years, two months, and 12 days. As a mechanic, he loved fixing things and he collected a lot of tools. He loved spending time at home, watching the wildlife in the backyard. He also enjoyed working in the yard.

Frank married Jill Yongco in 2003 in the Philippines.

Frank is survived by his loving wife: Jill Lowd, children: Angelina Smith and husband James David, and Carolyn Claus, grandchildren: Darcy, Maci, Emma, and Serena, siblings: Duane C. Libby and wife Karen and Deborah Libby, and mother: Rita Libby.
